Basket Case

Winnie does this weird thing with a basket where she dives into it and then wears it like a helmet. She actually fit in the basket when she was a kitten!

So Winnie is really growing up. I realized the other day that I haven't posted in ages, so I thought I needed to give a Winnie update. She is doing really well, other than that she is quite naughty. She had her spay surgery at the beginning of the week, so she's sporting a funny haircut right now. Zach thinks she looks like she is wearing uggs boots.

I don't know why Winnie's tongue is stuck sticking out, but it was so funny. She was sleeping like this but we woke her up trying to take her photo!
Dash is disapprovingly watching as I try to take Winnie's picture. He is still very patient with her.

Well- actually all of the kitties, but Winnie is really growing quickly! Here she is sitting on the cardboard bench and looking attentive.

Winnie is really getting into her naughty kitten stage. She is about three shelves up on the bookshelf in this photo. At least she isn't trying to eat the electrical wires for the moment!

This photo cracked me up because this is really what Winnie looks like most of the time. Just a blur of teeth and fur! :)

Oh good, she is finally tired, although I don't expect this nap to last too long.

Winnie now weighs in at a whopping 3.5 lbs! She loooves Dash, and Dot is still tolerating her. :) Here are a few photos from the past few weeks. Its amazing how quickly she is growing.

Winnie is making herself at home these days. She loves to hang out with all the toys.

Dash thought he would see if he could fit in Winnie's box. He did fit. We call this the "muffin top"

The other day we introduced Winnie to the wonders of looking out the window! She thought it was great!

And then she was distracted by the cord to the shades. Don't worry, she was closely supervised. :)
